The Downs

Many people say having a dog is great, which is a true statement but, there are some downs. At first, when a dog is a puppy, there is sometimes a pain in the butt. For example, when Tucker was a puppy, he used to poop and pee everywhere in the house since he was not potty trained yet. It would get very annoying since every morning my family and I would usually wake up to the smell or sight of poop or pee. Another example is that tucker needs attention and a companion at all times. When I am home alone tucker always wants to sit on the chair when I’m on the computer, sit next to me on the couch, and sometimes cuddle with me.

The Ups

Now I may have told you the downs of having a dog like Tucker, but there are Ups. For example, Tucker is very loving and caring. Whenever I am sad or just want to pet him he comes to the rescue by cuddling with me or sitting on my lap. Another good thing about having a dog like Tucker is the entertainment. For example, Tucker lets me play with him as he does with Josie. He also a couple of times barked at stuff like his reflection.

Conclusion

In conclusion, I think it is very much worth having a dog because of all the laughs, cuddles, and cuteness that come with a puppy or dog.
